Geotechnical Investigations

Contamination Assessments (PSI & DSI)
We carry out Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI) and Detailed Site Investigations (DSI) to identify potential contamination risks. Our reports meet council, EPA, and planning requirements for development approvals and land rezoning.
Acid Sulfate Soil Assessments
We assess the risk of actual and potential acid sulfate soils (ASS/PASS) in accordance with NSW guidelines. Where necessary, we prepare ASS management plans to support DA submissions in sensitive areas.
Groundwater Monitoring & Assessments

Site classification assessment and preliminary allowable bearing pressures (ABP) for soil/rock
Guide: $650 + GST
Tests the permeability of soil for an absorption pit. Includes recommendations on suitability.
Guide: $950 + GST
2 or 3 hand augered or driven boreholes on site. A report is prepared with geotech recommendations.
Guide: $1350 + GST
Four boreholes with a drilling rig with rock coring in one of them. A detailed report is prepared.
